Rates & Fees
Base: $15 per signature + travel fee*
NOTE: The State of California has the established maximum fees for Notarial Services at $15 per acknowledged signature.
- $40 during regular business and weekends (9am-6pm) M-F
- $65 travel 6:00-10:00pm
- $100 travel after 10:00 pm
- Over 15 miles or special circumstances- Call or text for a quote
- Loan Packages (includes escrow pick-up and drop off of docs)
- 1st Trust Deed Loan Signing – $200.00
- E-Doc printing $25 (includes duplicate)
NOTE: Traffic conditions, unusual destinations and/or special requests may incur additional charges.
- Health Care or Power of Attorney forms provided – $20 each
- FedEx / UPS drop off – $20
- Printing and fax- $.25 /pg (discounts may apply)
